Cancun

I know I love to view pictures when I visit blogs, so here are a few we took
on our last vacation to Cancun about 2 weeks ago.  I can't figure out how to layout multiple pictures, but I'll get it soon enough. Hopefully my next layout will look better. If anyone knows how to do this, please shoot me an email.

These photos were taken at Chichen Itza, a must-see Mayan Ruin in the Yucatan. It is one of the "new wonders of the world". It truly is spectacular. If you love history, you will love Chichen Itza. I would have loved it even more if it hadn't rained like cats and dogs while we were there. There were also flying ants everywhere, so don't mind if we look a little rough. Can you believe they let folks climb this thing about 5 years ago? It was quite nerve racking, but I'm always down for a good adventure. I felt like I was going to fall going up, and we had to sit down to descend the pyramid. It was very steep. Unfortunately, visitors aren't allowed to climb anymore.
