1 Month Down, Who Knows How Many More to Go!

Well, It's been 1 month on waitlist! Time seems to pass by much faster when I'm not totally obsessed with following adoption blogs, and Gladney's FBI list. This stuff can really suck you in!

Unfortunately, I've seemed to replace 1 addiction with another...facebook. Why did I do it to myself? I've actually had a facebook account about 2 years, but I never used it. I guess a nudge from a friend to put a photo on my profile page, and all these friend request, made me fully emerge myself. BIG MISTAKE. In a matter of a long weekend I've managed to reunite with friends from college, high school, junior high school and grade school. I had 111 friends in a matter of days (OMG!!) What's that all about? I even located my best friend from Junior High school who I haven't seen in over 20 years!! Now, I can't seem to peel myself away from it. With every click of the mouse you learn so much about folks you haven't seen in years, then you find a link to another buddy you haven't seen, and on and on. HELP!!! Anybody out there with the facebook cure? I really need help!!

Congratulations on a month down! The first step in solving your facebook addiction is to admit you have a problem *grin*. I love facebook, too!

Have an awesome week!

I.hate.facebook. I had an account years ago when it was only available to college students and alumn of colleges(anyone remember facebook back then)?

It got to be a mess. Too many friends-of-friends that went way beyond 6-degrees of separation.

So, in the words of my neice, "get a life, not a facebook" I stopped cold turkey and haven't logged in for over a year.

***But if it takes your mind off counting-til-referral, then get to writing on the wall!!!***

I had to deactivate my account for awhile-it helped! Once I reactivated it, all of my "friends" and pics. were still there. I am obsessed again!
Good luck with the wait-I can't wait until we are on the wait list!
